Latchi & Polis are next to each other and are only a short drive from these villas. Polis is a charming small seaside town, which is located on the north-west coast of Cyprus, 40 km from Paphos. Peaceful and relaxing, located away from busy tourist centres. Mediterranean untouched nature, purity, not crowded, the amazing diversity of plants and animals, and this area are known for its eco-tourism.
Latchi and its lovely modern Marina and the picturesque bay are close by. Here is home to local small fishing boats and luxury sailing yachts.
In the bustling harbour is perhaps the best taverns where you can try a variety of dishes from fresh fish caught daily.
From the harbour, you can go on a boat trip to the beautiful Blue Lagoon of Akamas.
Polis surrounded by almond and citrus groves and tobacco plantations, is far from the busy tourist centres of the south and is ideal for family holidays, with wonderful beaches and scenery, lovely, quiet and peaceful.
There are no nightclubs here, just a super place to relax and have fun. For the adventurous Akamas offers jeep safaris and quad bikes.
Argaka - a small village located near Polis with beautiful sandy beaches, with magnificent views of the Akamas and mountains covered with forests. Local Taverns are famous for excellent national cuisine and Cypriot hospitality unchanged.

First, the booking and arrangements could not have been easier, especially the straightforward visa procedure made planning a real breeze. The weather was perfect for us all week, and the villa extremely comfortable and equipped to a standard that I expected. A lovely pool and great location for the beach allowed us to relax and really chill out.

Great service, great villa, great holiday!
From booking the property, the service was first class, quick and very helpful. When we had problems with flights, Simon was trying to help us with alternatives to ensure we got to Cyprus. Furthermore, he not only met us in person to hand over the hire car, he also offered to take us to a different departure airport to the one we flew into, to help us in securing flights home. The villa was clean and spacious and on a lovely complex and Joe the Manager was helpful in showing us the villa in more detail and happy to help with any queries. The area offered great eating places and some wonderful bays to explore. Look forward to visiting again next year! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We had a fabulous holiday at your excellent villa , a truly wonderful 2 weeks. Our children had a great time playing in the pool and games room all day , which meant us grown-ups could enjoy a relaxing few hours on the beach or by the pool. We were really impressed with the way Simila Cyprus Holiday Rentals looked after our every need , from meeting us at Paphos Airport , suppling an excellent Welcome Food pack for our evening arrival and also giving us very useful tips on where to go and what to see. Everything was done in a professional and personal service and we are happy to both recommend this excellent villa and Simila Cyprus to everyone. "Absolute gem"
This villa was exactly as described. It was perfect for a relaxing break with our now grown up sons. The villa was spotless and cleaners came in and changed sheets and towels and cleaned half way through the stay. Pool was checked and cleaned twice a week.
We had an upstairs balcony where we sat most evenings overlooking the sea and watched the sunset. The beach was a 2 min stroll away and most of the time there was only us there!
The beach has loggerhead turtle nests on it. A 5 min walk down the beach towards Argaka there is a pier from which you can jump in or dive off.
There is an underground garage which is perfect for keeping the car cool. You do need to be careful as you drive down into garage so don't catch the exhaust. There is a knack to it.
You need to hire a car in order to be able to get out to places or restaurants. There are plenty of nice restaurants in a Polis and along the beach front to Argaka.
We were met on arrival and explained where everything was and how to use the equipment. When some light bulbs went he came straight over to replace them. When I was enquiring and booking the villa they responded straight away and answered any question I had. A very personal service. A brilliant relaxing and comfortable villa to stay.
