The villa is located in a unique and stunning area of Paphos on a large plot of land at Evangelos Florakis street, an area called Klatsopatika between the Coral Bay beach (Peyia Village) and Kissonerga Village in Paphos Cyprus, with views of the Mediterranean Sea and the coast below that really makes you feel free. 

The plot is on a hill overlooking Potima Bay and Coral Bay, and it is regarded one of the most beautiful and green areas in both Paphos and Cyprus, full of trees of a different kind with excellent views of both the sea (coral bay) and the surrounding mountains.

It is straightforward to access, as it is on a good asphalted road just 5 km outside Paphos and 3 km from the magnificent beach of Coral Bay Resort. The villa is close to amenities and nightlife as it is just 1,5 km from Kissonerga Village and 3 km from Coral Bay Resort (both areas have restaurants, bars, shops, markets but Coral Bay has nightclubs as well).
